Refund Policy
Refunds depend on the policies of the airlines, hotels and Saudi authorities involved in your booking. The schedule below outlines our standard cancellation charges.
Cancellation schedule
More than 60 days before departure: deposit non-refundable; remainder refundable.
30–60 days before departure: 50% of total package price retained.
14–29 days before departure: 75% of total package price retained.
Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total package price retained.
Visa & airline fees
Saudi visa fees and airline penalties are pass-through and not refundable once issued or ticketed.
How to request a refund
Email info@ibadahtravel.com with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
