Do I have to apply through Nusuk?

Yes. Applications, package selection and payment for Hajj run through Nusuk, the platform of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Our Nusuk guidance page walks through all seven stages, and we stay with you through each one.

When do Hajj 2027 packages open?

They have not been announced yet. No provider can quote a 2027 price until packages appear on Nusuk. Join our Telegram group and you will hear from us the day they do.

What does a Hajj package include?

Broadly: hotels in Makkah and Madinah, camp accommodation at Mina and Arafat, transportation between the sites, and your Hajj permit. What changes between packages is distance to the Haram, camp category and room occupancy. Our Hajj package information page goes through it.

Do you arrange Qurbani?

Accepted Answer

For Hajj, yes, through a provider we work with. Tell us when you book and we will handle it, or leave it out if you would rather arrange it yourself. Qurbani is not part of an Umrah itinerary.

Can you help with visas?

Yes. We guide you through the visa process, from documentation and application requirements through to submission.

How close will our hotel be to the Haram?

We work with five-star hotels within walking distance of the Haram in both Makkah and Madinah. Availability and rates move with the date and the room category, so the honest answer depends on when you travel and what you book.

How do we travel between Makkah and Madinah?

Either private transportation or the high-speed rail. We arrange both, along with airport transfers at each end.

Can we travel as a private group?

Yes. We arrange private travel for groups of any size, from a party of two to a community of a hundred.

Is there scholarly guidance on the ground?

For Hajj groups and for Umrah with a scholar, we arrange preparation before you travel and guidance while you are there. Ziyarat is led by guides who can give you the context behind what you are looking at.

How early should we start planning?

Earlier is easier, particularly for a group traveling together. Tell us the dates you are considering and we will tell you what is still realistic.

Can we add another destination to the trip?

Accepted Answer

For Umrah, yes. Umrah+ extends the journey to a heritage destination before or after Makkah and Madinah. For Hajj, ask us and we will tell you what is possible in the year you are traveling.
