Four stages, no obligation until you decide to book. Here is what each one involves and what we need from you.

The four stages

Nothing is committed until you say so.

1You get in touchWhere you want to go, roughly when, and who is traveling. A few lines is enough to start.

2We talk it throughA call or a thread of messages, whichever suits you. This is where the practical questions get answered.

3You get an itineraryDates, hotels, transport and costs in writing, with the choices laid out so you can change them.

4You travelWe handle the arrangements before you leave and stay reachable while you are away.

The practical part

01What we need from you

Dates, group size, destination and a sense of budget. Passport details come later, once you decide to book.

02How quickly we reply

We typically respond within 1 to 2 business days. If it is urgent, call or text rather than using the form.

03What an itinerary costs

Nothing. You see the plan and the pricing before you commit to anything, and we will set out the deposit terms in writing at that point.

04Who you deal with

The same two people throughout. Adnan handles pilgrimage, Faizan handles destinations, and you will speak to whichever one fits your trip.

05While you are away

You have a number to reach us on, and our partners on the ground handle transport, guides and anything that shifts.

Pilgrimage

Hajj runs through Nusuk and has its own sequence. Umrah is year round and built around your dates.

Heritage

Where you go, how long you stay and how much is guided are all yours to decide.
