Welcome to Ibadah Islamic Travel By booking any of our services—including Umrah, Hajj, or global Muslim-friendly travel—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our services and outline your rights and responsibilities.
1. Booking & Payments
- A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the service/package selected.
- Full payment must be made before issuance of travel documents (tickets, visas, hotel vouchers).
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change due to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, or currency.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation fees will apply and vary based on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made.
- Certain payments (e.g., airline tickets, visa fees, non-refundable hotel reservations) may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
3. Passport & Visa Requirements
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended travel date.
- We assist with visa processing but do not guarantee visa approval.
- Any refusal by an embassy or consulate is outside our control and non-refundable.
4. Travel Documents & Itinerary
- Travel documents will be sent electronically or made available for download prior to departure.
- Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, airline scheduling, or other operational concerns.
- Any changes made by the client after confirmation may result in additional charges.
5. Health & Medical
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
- Some destinations (such as Hajj or Umrah) may require proof of vaccinations.
- Ibadah Travel is not liable for any health-related issues during or after the trip.
6. Conduct & Behaviour
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate participation if a client behaves in a way that is disruptive, disrespectful, or endangers others.
- Alcohol, illegal drugs, and inappropriate conduct are not permitted on group tours or pilgrimage packages.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, weather conditions)
- Political unrest or government restrictions
- Airline or supplier failures
- Pilgrimage quota restrictions
In such events, refunds or rescheduling will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and we cannot guarantee full reimbursement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Ibadah travel shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, delay, or damage sustained during travel.
- We are not responsible for acts or omissions by third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, or ground operators.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, brochures, and marketing materials—including logos, text, and images—is the property of Ibadah Islamic travel and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in (Rockville, Maryland, USA)
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
