Ibadah Islamic Travel – Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ibadahtravel.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days based on the terms listed below.

2.  Hajj & Umrah Packages

Due to the special nature of Hajj and Umrah arrangements, including visa issuance, group coordination, and vendor contracts:

• Initial Deposit (Non-Refundable): A minimum deposit of $1,000 per person is required at booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• More Than 90 Days Before Departure: Refund of payments made, minus deposit and any non-recoverable costs (visa, hotel, airfare).
• 60–89 Days Before Departure: Up to 50% refund, based on recoverable vendor expenses.
• Less Than 60 Days Before Departure: No refunds due to advance payments made to vendors and group commitments.
• No-Shows or Early Departures: No refund once travel has started.
  
  
  

3. Islamic Tour Packages (Non-Hajj/Umrah)

• More Than 60 Days Before Departure: Full refund, less a $250 processing fee and non-recoverable costs.
• 30–59 Days Before Departure: Up to 50% refund, depending on vendor recovery.
• Less Than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund available.
  
  
  

4.  Flights

• Airfare is subject to the airline’s fare rules and cancellation policies.
• Most tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
• Change fees and fare differences may apply if modifications are permitted.
• Ibadah Travel acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for airline cancellations, schedule changes, or denied boarding.
• Clients must adhere to airline baggage and check-in policies.
  
  

5. Hotel Bookings

• Hotel reservations are made as part of package deals and may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the hotel’s terms.
• Any cancellation may be subject to hotel-imposed penalties, including up to 100% of the booking amount for last-minute cancellations.
• Ibadah Travel will attempt to recover funds where possible, but does not guarantee refunds for accommodations cancelled within 45 days of travel.

6. Visa Denials or Entry Restrictions

Visa fees are non-refundable. Ibadah Travel is not responsible for:

• Denied visas due to incomplete or inaccurate applications.
• Travellers ineligibility or missing documents.
• Border refusals or immigration-related issues.
  
  
  

7. Force Majeure & Government-Imposed Restrictions

If your trip is impacted by events outside our control (e.g., pandemics, political unrest, natural disasters, government Hajj restrictions):

• We will attempt to recover and refund any unused, recoverable portion of your payment.
• However, full refunds are not guaranteed, and vendor policies will dictate the refundability of each component (flight, hotel, visa, etc.
